(A) Fee schedule for preliminary plat application.
(1) General filing fee: $500.
(2) Engineering fee: $500.
(3) Forty dollars per lot.
(4) All other fees incurred by the village for outside review.
(B) Fee schedule for preliminary plat re-submittals.
(1) Fifty percent of the general filing fee.
(2) Any additional engineering fees.
(3) Fifty dollars per lot.
(4) All other fees incurred by the village for outside review.
(C) Fee schedule for the final plat application.
(1) General filing fee: $500.
(2) Engineering fee: $1,000.
(3) Fifty dollars per lot.
(4) Two hundred dollars per page of improvements ($600 minimum).
(5) All other fees incurred by the village for outside review.
