§ 153.038 TRANSMITTAL OF COPIES.
   When the final plat has been approved by the Village Planning Commission, one copy shall be returned to the subdivider for filing with the County Recorder. Another copy will be transmitted to the Village Council for necessary action on any proposed dedication.
