§ 153.023 APPLICATION FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL.
   An application, in writing, for the tentative approval of the preliminary plat, together with five copies of the preliminary plat and the supplementary information specified in §§ 153.024 through 153.029 shall be submitted to the Village Planning Commission. The preliminary plat shall be prepared by a qualified registered engineer or surveyor.
