The subdivider shall submit to the Village Planning Commission a sketch plan, legibly drawn at a suitable scale and containing the proposed name of the subdivision, location, north point vicinity map, boundaries of the subdivision and its acreage, existing and proposed streets, lot layout, and existing natural and human-made features such as soil types, vegetation, contours, and service facilities.
