The Village Council may, after public hearing, amend or supplement these regulations. Notice shall be given of the time and place of such hearing by publication in at least one newspaper of general circulation published in the area or county, 30 days prior to holding of said hearing. The amendment or amendments shall be on file in the office of the Village Planning Commission for public examination during the said 30 days.
