§ 153.001 TITLE; ADMINISTRATION; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   These regulations shall be known, and may be cited and referred to, as the “Subdivision Regulations of the Village of St. Paris, Ohio”, and shall hereinafter be referred to as “these regulations” or “this chapter”.
   (B)   These regulations shall be administered by the Village Planning Commission.
   (C)   These regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within the village.
