§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Whoever violates § 91.02(A)(1), and applicable divisions, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation of § 91.02(A)(1) exists shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Whoever violates § 91.02(A)(2) and/or (A)(3) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that a violation of these divisions exists shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 91.03 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
