§ 152.087 HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS.
   The height and area regulations set forth in §§ 152.100 through 152.105 shall be observed, and in addition, any building or portion thereof used for dwelling purposes shall comply with the side and rear yard regulations of the R-2 Two-Family Dwelling District.
