§ 130.46 PRESENCE OF MINORS IN BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS HOLDING LIQUOR LICENSES.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 years unaccompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian shall be permitted in or allowed to loiter about a business establishment licensed to sell alcohol. This section shall not apply to hotels, restaurants, where regular meals are served, stores, clubs, or bowling alleys during the hours they are engaged in the full operation of such business. Restaurants with bar facilities shall not be occupied by minors under the age of 21 at any time during which said restaurant’s full menu is not available for purchase and consumption.
   (B)   No person under the age of 21 years unaccompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to occupy any gaming room which is attached to or accessible from any licensed liquor establishment if alcoholic liquor is allowed within such room.
