§ 130.44 SALE OF LIQUOR AND TOBACCO BY MINORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of such licensee to employ a minor for the purposes of or allow any minor to draw, pour, or mix any alcoholic liquor.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of such licensee to employ anyone under the legal drinking age for the purposes of or to allow anyone of such age to sell any alcoholic liquor.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to sell any tobacco product including, but not limited to, said minor making the sale as an employee of a retail establishment within the village limits.
