§ 130.21 ASSEMBLAGE; UNLAWFUL, DISTURBING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, aid, countenance, or assist in making any improper noise, riot, disturbance, or diversion in the streets or elsewhere in the village, or to collect in bodies or crowds for unlawful purposes to the annoyance or disturbance of citizens or travelers.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb the peace and quiet of any family or of any congregation or assembly met for religious worship by making a noise or by rude or indecent behavior or profane or vulgar discourse within their place of worship or so near the same as to disturb the order and solemnity; or to unlawfully interrupt or disturb any funeral procession or assembly or disturb the peace and quiet at any show, exhibition, theater, or place of amusement, or any election poll in the village.
