§ 130.05 PRESENCE OF CERTAIN PERSONS ON PREMISES.
   No person who is intoxicated, a known narcotic addict, or insane shall be permitted in or allowed to loiter about or in any establishment licensed to sell or distribute alcoholic liquor.
