§ 130.02 INJURING PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person:
   (A)   To unlawfully carry away or remove, destroy, or assist in injuring, destroying, or removing any public building, sidewalk, or property belonging to the village of whatever kind; or to wilfully change, remove, or destroy any stone, stake, or post set or placed to mark the corner of any lot or parcel of ground, street, or alley, or to show the grade of any street, alley, or sidewalk of the village; or
   (B)   To wantonly mar, injure, deface, or destroy any fence, guidepost, signboard, or awning in any street or public place in the village; or to cut, injure, mark, or deface any public building, station, or house belonging to the village; or to intentionally deface any building or sign either public or private; or to deface, obliterate, or tear down or destroy in whole or in part any proclamation, advertisement, or notice set up at any place by authority of law, or by order of any court, during the time the same is to remain posted.
