(A) All proprietors of moving picture shows given in the village, at which admission is charged, shall pay to the village an annual license fee of an amount as set forth in § 35.02 in advance.
(B) Any person desiring to operate a picture show in the village shall apply to the Clerk of the village for a license. The Clerk shall issue the person such license, which shall be countersigned by the Village President.
(C) Any violation of this section shall be sufficient cause for the forfeiture of any license granted or issued hereunder.
