§ 93.24 OBSTRUCTING INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   At all intersections within the village, no obstacle of any type whatsoever, including mailboxes, signs, billboards, advertising matter, and the like, shall be erected or placed so that there is not a clear view at said intersection of at least 1,000 feet in all directions when a motorist is at the crosswalk as he or she is approaching said intersection.
   (B)   The police officers of the village shall have the right to give written notice to remove any obstruction falling within the purview of this section and unless such obstruction is removed within ten days of receipt of said notice, said parties shall be deemed guilty of the violation of this section.
