§ 93.22 GATES OPENING ONTO WALKS.
   All gates opening upon any public place or street shall be constructed so that no part of such gate shall swing over, upon, or above any part of the sidewalk or street adjacent thereto unless such gate is so constructed as to be self-shutting. No person shall permit or allow any gate under his or her control to project into any such public place.
