§ 93.20 ERECTING OBSTRUCTIONS.
   All persons are hereby prohibited from erecting and maintaining any stand, stall, or other obstruction on any sidewalk or street of the village at a greater height than three foot above the surface of the sidewalk and extending over four feet from the front line of the lot; provided, however, that canvas awnings may be constructed at a height of not less than six and one-half feet from the surface of the walk.
