§ 93.06 PARADES.
   (A)   Permit required. No person shall conduct a parade or march in, upon, or along the streets or sidewalks of the village at any time of the day or night without first obtaining from the Board of Trustees a permit in writing for the same, which permit shall designate upon what streets the parade may pass, and the nature and character of the procession. The official to whom application is made, shall be the Chief of Police, and he or she shall have the power to issue or refuse to issue such permits as he or she may deem to be in the best interest of the village.

   (B)   Exemptions. This section shall not be construed to require any type of permit for funeral processions in the village or to apply to any of the military forces of the United States of America, or of this state, or to the forces of Police Department of the village.
