§ 93.03 PLAYING GAMES ON PUBLIC WAYS.
   All persons are hereby prohibited from playing any games, throwing any ball, skating, or sliding, or playing with hand sleds upon the streets, avenues, sidewalks, or crosswalks of the village, or obstructing the free passage upon the same by collecting in crowds thereon, or in any other manner whatsoever.
