§ 92.47 RESISTING OR INTERFERING WITH POLICE.
   No person shall resist any police officer in the discharge of his or her duty or fail or refuse to obey any lawful command of any such officer or in any way interfere with or hinder or prevent any officer from discharging his or her duty, or in any manner assist or give aid to any person in the custody of a police officer in attempting to escape from such custody, or rescue or attempt to rescue any person when in such custody.
