§ 91.04 DEPOSITING NAUSEOUS SUBSTANCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person:
    (A)   To deposit, throw, or discharge or leave any nauseous, foul, offensive, or putrid liquid, substance, or excrement, or any liquid or substance likely to become nauseous, foul, offensive, or putrid within the village, so as to be or likely to become injurious to the health or comfort of any person residing within the village; and/or
   (B)   To throw, place, or conduct into any street, avenue, alley, lot, field, ground, or place in the village any putrid or unsound beef, pork, meat, fish, skins, hides, filth, offal, dead animals, vegetables, or other unwholesome or offensive substance whatever or anything likely to become offensive. If any person so throwing, placing, conducting, or depositing any such substance as aforesaid, or suffering the same to be done shall not remove the same within 24 hours after notice to that effect given him or her by any officer of the village, the same shall be removed by the Chief of Police or under his or her direction and at the cost and charge of the person so failing to remove the same to be recovered in the name of the village.
