§ 90.03 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to inhumanely, unnecessarily, or cruelly beat, injure, or otherwise use any animal or inhumanely restrain any animal, or to be found guilty of aiding at or abetting at a bullfight, dog or cock fight, or similar offense, or to encourage the same.
