§ 90.01 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The running at large of any cattle, horses, mules, asses, sheep, goats, and swine, or being loose or the herding or pasturing of any such animals upon any public ways within the limits of the village is hereby declared a nuisance and prohibited.
   (B)   The owner or person having or entitled to the custody or possession of any such animals mentioned in this section shall be subject to a fine for each time any such animals are so found loose and running at large within the village, or being herded or pastured upon any of the village ways.
