§ 16.01 RETIREMENT SYSTEM ESTABLISHED; NAME.
   (A)   The City of Saginaw Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement System is hereby established under this chapter.
   (B)   All business of the retirement system shall be transacted in the name of the City of Saginaw Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement System.
