§ 152.073 EXTENT OF IMPROVEMENT INSTALLATIONS OR PETITIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS.
   Installation of or petitions for improvements shall apply to the full length of all streets or other public ways; provided, however, that installation of sewers may not be required on sections of streets having no lot frontage and on which sewer extensions are not planned.
