§ 152.036 FINAL PLAT ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
   Prior to submission of the final plat to the City Council, the proprietor shall submit the final plat and any restrictive covenants to the following:
   (A)   City Engineer:
      (1)   To determine accuracy of description and relative error of closure. To review all public and private streets, alleys and roads for determination of proper drainage, grading, and construction with approved materials of a thickness and width as provided in these regulations and for the installation of bridges and culverts where deemed necessary, for accomplishment of which he or she may require submission of complete plans for grading, drainage, and construction which shall have been prepared and sealed by a civil engineer in the state; and
      (2)   To determine whether any part of a proposed subdivision lies within the floodplain of a river, stream, creek, or lake.
   (B)   City Planning Commission: to determine conformance to the approved preliminary plat. In order to receive consideration at the next subsequent meeting of the Planning Commission, the final plat shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commission not less than eight days prior to such meeting; and
   (C)   City Attorney: to prepare any necessary agreements to guarantee the construction or installation of any temporary or permanent improvements as provided in §§ 152.070 through 152.075.
