§ 152.004 COMPLIANCE; CONFLICT.
   Compliance with these regulations shall be pre-requisite to the approval by the city of any plat or subdivision, except insofar as such regulations may be in conflict with any applicable state law or any applicable provisions of the City Charter and Comprehensive Plan.
