§ 151.138 WAIVER PROVISION.
   The owner of any building or structure, or the owner’s agent, may, at any time, admit in writing that such building or structure is a dangerous building within the meaning of this subchapter, and waive notice, a hearing, findings, order, and service of the order under this subchapter, and court review of such order. The owner or the owner’s agent may consent that such building or structure be demolished and the cost charged against the property. In such event, the Chief Inspector, or his or her representative, may have said building or structure demolished and the cost charged against said property shall be collected in the same manner as provided for in § 33.21.
