§ 151.133 COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS.
   The Chief Inspector, or his or her designee, shall examine or cause to be examined every building, structure or portion thereof reported as unsafe or damaged, and if such is found to be a dangerous building as defined in this subchapter, he or she shall commence proceedings to cause the alteration, repair, or rehabilitation, or the demolition and removal of the building, structure or portion thereof.
