(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 30.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of the codes listed in § 150.03 shall be deemed guilty of an offense and deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of these codes are committed, continued or permitted, and such persons, firms or corporations shall be punishable by issuance of a Class D municipal civil infraction, as defined and described in § 30.99.
