§ 133.02 RESISTING ARREST OR OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT.

No person, with purpose to prevent a peace officer from effecting a lawful arrest or discharging any other duty, shall create a risk of bodily injury to the peace officer or anyone else or employ means justifying or requiring substantial force to overcome the resistance.
