§ 133.01 FALSE REPORTS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
   (A)   No person shall:
      (1)   Report to law enforcement authorities an offense or other incident within their concern knowing that it did not occur; or
      (2)   Pretend to furnish law enforcement authorities with information relating to an offense or incident when he or she knows he or she has no information relating to such offense or incident.
   (B)   No person shall knowingly give false information to any law enforcement officer with purpose to implicate another or to exculpate himself of herself.
