(A) No person shall knowingly or recklessly make any false representation with purpose to procure the sale or furnishing of any alcoholic beverage to any person under 21 years of age.
(B) No person shall furnish to any other person any document or other writing evidencing age or identity for the purpose of assisting any person under 21 years of age to obtain any alcoholic beverage. The possession and use of any such document or other writing by any person less than 21 years of age to obtain any alcoholic beverage shall be prima facie evidence that such document or other writing was furnished to assist said person in the purchase or other procurement of an alcoholic beverage.
