§ 132.04 FURNISHING ALCOHOL TO PERSONS UNDER 21.

No person shall knowingly or recklessly sell, give, deliver, or otherwise furnish any alcoholic beverage to a person less than 21 years of age except upon authority of and pursuant to a prescription of a duly licensed physician.
