§ 130.33 ILLEGAL BUSINESS OR OCCUPATION.
   (A)   No person shall:
      (1)   Engage in any illegal business or occupation;
      (2)   Knowingly attend or frequent any place in which an illegal business is conducted or permitted; or
      (3)   Knowingly loiter about any building, house, structure, vacant lot, street, curb, lawn, alley, yard, apartment, store, automobile, parking lot, boat, boathouse, or other place where a controlled substance, a controlled substance analogue, a counterfeit substance, or drug paraphernalia are illegally manufactured, sold, used, dispersed, furnished, given away, or stored.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ANALOGUE, and COUNTERFEIT SUBSTANCE. As defined in the Public Health Code, Public Act 368 of 1978, being M.C.L. §§ 333.7101 et seq., as amended.
      DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. As defined in § 132.21.
