§ 130.27 INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, NARCOTIC DRUG, OTHER STIMULANT OR DEPRESSANT.
   (A)   No person who is intoxicated and who is either endangering directly the safety of another person or of property or is acting in a manner that causes a public disturbance shall appear in any public place.
   (B)   No person shall appear in any public place manifestly under the influence of any narcotic, drug, or other stimulant or depressant, except alcohol, to the degree that he or she may endanger himself or herself or other persons or property.
