§ 130.26 DESECRATION OF VENERATED OBJECTS.
   (A)   No person shall purposely desecrate any public monument or structure, or any place of burial or worship.
   (B)   DESECRATE means to deface, damage, pollute, or otherwise mistreat in a way that the actor knows will outrage the sensibilities of persons likely to observe or discover his or her action physically.
