§ 130.21 FALSE PUBLIC ALARM.
   No person shall initiate or circulate a report or warning of a fire or an impending bombing or other catastrophe or crime knowing that the report or warning is false or baseless and knowing or recklessly disregarding that it is likely to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transport, or otherwise likely to cause public inconvenience or alarm.
