§ 130.01 ABANDONED ICE BOXES, REFRIGERATORS, OR OTHER CONTAINERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to leave outside of any building, dwelling, or structure, or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, dwelling, or structure under his or her control in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended, or discarded ice box, refrigerator, or any other container of any kind which has a cover, lid, or door which when closed is sufficiently airtight so as to cause, or be in danger of causing, the death by suffocation of a child enclosed therein, and which has a latch, snap, catch, lock, or other device which may not be readily released from the inside of said ice box, refrigerator, or container, without first rendering said ice box, refrigerator, or container safe by the removal therefrom of the cover, lid, door, latch, snap, catch, lock, or other device.
