§ 117.08 INSPECTIONS.

The video surveillance system shall be subject to regular inspection by the Chief of Police or their designee, who is authorized to inspect at reasonable times any video surveillance system to determine if the system conforms with this chapter and regulations adopted by City Council resolution.
