§ 114.17 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall conduct, operate, or manage a gasoline service station without first obtaining a license therefor in the manner provided for in Ch. 110 of this code.

(B) No license required by this subchapter shall be granted except upon certification by the Fire Chief that said gasoline service station complies with the provisions of this subchapter.
