§ 113.02 POLES AND WIRES IN CONDUIT DISTRICTS.
   No person shall set any electric power, telephone, or telegraph pole within the conduit districts established by this chapter nor place any cable or wire on any such pole already erected in such districts except that the provisions of this section shall not apply to:
   (A)   Wires placed on distributing poles;
   (B)   Wires strung across any street in the conduit districts from poles situated upon cross streets and outside of the streets situated within the conduit districts;
   (C)   Traffic light installations at intersections; or
   (D)   Public street lighting poles and public street lighting cables normally carrying not over 260 volts.
