§ 113.01 CONDUIT DISTRICTS.

   The following streets or territory shall be within the electric power, telephone, and telegraph conduit districts of the city:

   (A)   District Number One. The territory bounded by the following streets inclusive:

      (1)   Southerly - Janes Avenue;

      (2)   Easterly - Second Avenue;

      (3)   Northerly - Johnson Street; and

      (4)   Westerly - Washington Avenue.

   (B)   District Number Two. Michigan Avenue from Genesee Avenue to Union Avenue and from Ames Street to Adams Street; Hamilton Street from Ames Street to Adams Street; Court Street, from the west end of Court Street Bridge to Fayette Street; Genesee Avenue from the west end of the Genesee Avenue Bridge to the east line of Schaefer Street.
