(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 30.99.
(B) (1) Any of the enumerated violations in § 112.29 is a separate offense, is a nuisance per se immediately enjoinable in the circuit courts, and, is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) Any of the violations listed in § 112.29 is a sufficient basis for revocation of the license and for the immediate enjoining in the Circuit Court of the assembly.
