§ 111.33 SUSPENSION OF SALE IN.
   The Council shall have the right at any time by resolution to suspend the sale, furnishing, gift, or delivery of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises throughout the entire city or any part thereof whenever the Council deems such action necessary by reason of any public emergency.
