§ 111.32 DISPENSING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   No licensee, by himself or herself or another, shall sell, furnish, give, or deliver any alcoholic liquor to any person:
   (A)   Who is so intoxicated as not to be in control of all his or her faculties;
   (B)   Who has not attained the age prescribed by the Liquor Law or by the Liquor Control Commission;
   (C)   On any day during the hours not permitted by the Liquor Law or by the Liquor Control Commission; and/or
   (D)   For consumption on the premises on any Sunday, from the Sunday morning closing hour of the preceding Saturday set by the Liquor Law or by the Liquor Control Commission until 12:00 noon of said Sunday.
