§ 111.31 OUTDOOR LIGHTING.
   Every holder of a license for the sale and consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises shall provide and maintain outdoor lighting which provides a minimum of three-tenths footcandles per square foot measured at the ground level surface throughout all customer parking areas, including access and egress driveways, utilized by the licensee in the operation of the licensed business; all yard areas existing in connection with the licensed premises but not to exceed the minimum yard areas as defined in the zoning regulations; and the space between the lot line or lines and the abutting curb line or curb lines. Such illumination shall direct the light away from adjacent buildings or portions of buildings used in any part for residential purposes. Every reasonable precaution shall be taken to confine the lighting to the required area.
