The meaning of “alcoholic liquor”, “beer”, “wine”, “spirits”, “club”, “license”, “person”, “vendor”, and “hotel”, when used in this chapter, shall be defined in the Michigan Liquor Control Code, Public Act 58 of 1998, being M.C.L. §§ 436.1101 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the “Liquor Law”.
