§ 13.12 SAFEKEEPING OF SECURITIES.
   Securities owned by the city shall be kept in a deposit box in a designated depository and admission to said box shall be in the presence of any two of the following: the Mayor; the Mayor Pro Tem; the City Manager or the Finance Director.
