§ 99.17 SALE AND/OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   If an event sponsor intends to serve and/or sell alcoholic beverages, the event sponsor is required to comply with all regulations set forth by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, all local ordinances and requires approval from City Council. If alcohol is going to be served and/or sold, the event sponsor must apply for and receive a special liquor license through the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, and supply the city with a copy of the liquor license prior to the event.
